By tackling inefficiencies in the food system, our team helps save an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding executive-level business data
• Access and update personnel records and respond to HR inquiries
• Interface with new hires during orientation and serve as a frontline contact for team members
• Lead Harassment Prevention Training during orientation
• Maintain foundational knowledge of workplace laws including eVerify and meal/rest time laws
• Assist team members with navigating the HRIS system
• Escalate employee relations concerns to appropriate channels
• Support the HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders with various projects

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience
• Proven skills in MS Office suite and Google Workspace
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and leaders
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
