Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and events
  • Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings and decisions
  • Conduct research to support HR projects and initiatives
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
