Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and track certifications
• Coordinate Day 1 onboarding processes for shop, site, and office roles
• Support payroll processing by reviewing timecards and assisting with payroll questions
• Assist with benefits and leave administration
• Coordinate workplace safety initiatives and OSHA compliance activities
• Maintain controlled versions of HR forms and templates in SharePoint
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of Federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC) and OSHA regulations
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
• OSHA 30 or similar safety certification
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with Rippling or other HRIS systems

Benefits

• Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
