Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient operation of the Human Resources Department and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding processes, including background checks, talent assessments, and new hire paperwork
• Assist with offboarding processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date HR files and documentation
• Act as a liaison for colleagues by addressing questions, concerns, and employment-related inquiries
• Assist with colleague recognition processes and the planning of colleague relations events
• Compile reports, prepare spreadsheets, and assist with recruitment programs as needed
• Support the Housing team and monitor the upkeep of heart-of-house areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Prior HR experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
