Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Team, including managing the HR email inbox and incoming mail.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 processing and background investigations.
• Partner with the Benefits Manager to develop wellness programs and assist with benefit audits.
• Coordinate logistics for in-office and virtual events, such as wellness initiatives, trainings, and meetings.
• Support management development training by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and coordinating materials.
• Ensure compliance training is accurately scheduled, tracked, and recorded.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support HR and business needs.
• Maintain and organize HR documentation and personnel records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR coursework is preferred.
• 2+ years of proven experience working as part of an HR or recruiting team.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or Greenhouse.
