Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment tasks including job requisitions, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer coordination
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately
• Support offboarding processes by conducting exit interviews and sending exit surveys
• Coordinate internal company events, social initiatives, and company culture activities
• Assist with benefits administration during onboarding and open enrollment periods
• Maintain and audit employee life-cycle HR files and ensure compliance with training and leave of absence requirements
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and coordinating HR-related communications
• Liaise between HR and IT for employee changes and support the Facilities team with front desk coverage as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high discretion
• Ability to lift 50lbs (e.g., chairs, tables, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Calabasas, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with Workday, Timeclock Plus, or ADP Vantage
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in high-volume environments
