Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with benefits administration, policy dissemination, and employee inquiries
• Process new hires, terminations, and payroll changes
• Administer health and welfare plans, FMLA, and other leaves of absence
• Maintain employee records and assist with in-house HR audits
• Oversee the performance evaluation program and assist with personnel policies
• Support recruitment, retention, and employee relations efforts
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Create HR reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards for workforce metrics
• Facilitate employee focus groups and deliver HR training in English and Portuguese

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience in Human Resources preferred
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a production facility environment
