Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage non-exempt recruiting and onboarding processes
• Administer employee transfers, leaves of absence, and status changes
• Maintain confidentiality of personal employee information and company records
• Collect and enter new hire information into HRIS and timekeeping systems
• Manage employee personnel, medical, and workers' compensation files
• Oversee contract job bidding procedures, including postings and shift preferences
• Assist employees and agencies with employment and wage verification
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and vacation time
• Communicate plant-wide notices and address employee questions or concerns

Requirements

• Five years of experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications
• Strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality
• Four-year college degree preferred
