Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Offer frontline HR support and guidance to employees
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Perform routine data audits to ensure record reliability
• Support hourly recruitment, interviewing, and pre-employment testing
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and e-paperwork completion
• Compile and prepare payroll-related data
• Administer leave of absence processes
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and terminations
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
• Assist with company-wide events and community engagement
• Partner with managers to ensure timekeeping and attendance accuracy
• Maintain HR communication boards and information sections

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or similar role
• Experience in hourly recruiting
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
