Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform basic personnel administration including tax forms, offer letters, health insurance, and termination documents
• Maintain accurate employee data regarding paid time off, leaves of absence, and HRIS records
• Assist HR Managers in gathering and compiling data for weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs
• Manage the employment licensing process for new and current employees in coordination with third-party consultants
• Support employee benefit programs and the annual open enrollment process
• Assist with payroll processes and maintain organized hard and soft filing systems
• Provide support to employees by fielding questions and escalating issues to HR Generalists or Managers as needed
• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects, including research and data compilation

Requirements

• Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources
• Proven experience in personnel administration or talent acquisition
• Experience with employee reporting and a foundational understanding of employment law
• High proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS platforms
• Previous HR data administration experience is required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources experience within the hospitality industry
