About the role
Responsibilities
- Support employee benefit programs, enrollment processes, and communications
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefits orientation
- Maintain and update employee information in HRIS
- Support data accuracy, reporting, and system administration
- Manage training assignments, tracking, and reporting within the LMS
- Coordinate HR programs, activities, and special events
- Support onboarding and new hire experiences
- Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance activities
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
