Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate resumes
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates
• Conduct phone interviews for entry-level positions
• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with business unit managers
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening
• Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Organize employee records and HR files to ensure compliance
• Assist with updating company policies, manuals, and job descriptions
• Schedule and log internal and external employee training
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking systems
