Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including posting, scheduling, and onboarding
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and supervisors at assigned locations
• Manage employee personnel files and HRIS records with high accuracy
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Coordinate HR programs such as performance evaluations, compensation administration, and open enrollment
• Generate HR reports related to recruiting, headcount, turnover, and attendance
• Coordinate employee training, development, and compliance certifications
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel between company locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or recycling sectors
