Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for operators and technical staff
• Provide first-line support to employees and managers regarding HR-related queries
• Coordinate HR projects related to training, well-being, inclusion & diversity, and employee engagement
• Partner with Production Leadership and EHS to support safe work behaviors and compliance
• Maintain a presence on the shop floor to attend daily start-up meetings with operations
• Ensure safety expectations are embedded in onboarding, training, and employee communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or administration
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Monday.com, or ADP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work onsite in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, including occasional shop floor presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience with digitalization systems such as Bright Author
• Bi-lingual skills in Vietnamese, Burmese, or Spanish
