Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation including offer letters, I-9s, background checks, and CBP credentialing
- Maintain employee records and track badging and credential renewals for airport access
- Manage weekly shift schedules for GSE operators and track attendance
- Coordinate use, maintenance, and registration of vehicles, equipment, and shared resources
- Track PPE, laptops, keys, and other equipment issuance and returns
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and deliveries
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership and coordinate meetings
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in office coordination, HR support, operations, or administrative roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging
- Ability to work onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with shift scheduling or hourly workforces
- Interest in operations, HR, or aviation
