Human Resources Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in Corporate HR compliance activities including AAP reporting, EEO-1, and Vets 4212 reporting
• Manage and provide training and support for the company’s electronic I-9 tool and leave programs
• Respond to internal and external audits and prepare periodic reports for state and federal agencies
• Generate ad hoc reports from various HRIS to support internal customers and external agencies
• Recommend and implement process improvements for more effective use of HRIS
• Stay abreast of federal and state leave laws and regulations, including FMLA, DOL, and ADA
• Interface with stakeholders across Field HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, and IT to resolve data or system issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional-level HR or HRIS experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of labor laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, PFL, and HIPAA
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior HR experience in a Construction or Manufacturing environment
• Experience in HR systems reporting or project management
