About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Human Resources for corporate and support functions
  • Partner with site leadership to implement workforce solutions and business continuity plans
  • Influence site management on people plans and HR strategies
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, interviewing, and selection
  • Implement Affirmative Action programs to ensure equal employment opportunities
  • Oversee administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Lead site management in understanding Employee and Labor Relations issues
  • Serve as an advisor and mentor to management and employees regarding company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
  • Experience in Labor Relations including CBA administration and negotiations
  • Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle systems
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local HR requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a matrix environment
  • Ability to conduct leadership principle training

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification
