About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources for corporate and support functions
- Partner with site leadership to implement workforce solutions and business continuity plans
- Influence site management on people plans and HR strategies
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, interviewing, and selection
- Implement Affirmative Action programs to ensure equal employment opportunities
- Oversee administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Lead site management in understanding Employee and Labor Relations issues
- Serve as an advisor and mentor to management and employees regarding company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
- Experience in Labor Relations including CBA administration and negotiations
- Knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle systems
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local HR requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in a matrix environment
- Ability to conduct leadership principle training
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SPHR certification
