Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures tailored for a fast-moving technology business
• Design and roll out structured probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and grading frameworks
• Support line managers with people management, including setting expectations and managing underperformance
• Provide HR support across global offices with a primary focus on the Dubai region
• Manage and optimize HR systems, including HRIS, performance management tools, and payroll platforms
• Oversee employment contracts to ensure compliance with local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Build and manage structured training plans and onboarding programs for employees at all levels
• Handle employee relations matters in a fair, pragmatic, and legally sound manner
• Design and implement KPI frameworks and objective-setting processes across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD or equivalent is a plus)
• 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech or financial services environment
• Solid working knowledge of UAE employment law
• Experience with HR practices across multiple geographies (UK, EU, or APAC exposure is advantageous)
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR technology platforms with a data-driven approach
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working in regulated industries
• Fluency in English is mandatory
