Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor to enable real-time engagement and solutions for hourly employees
• Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, and processes, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching
• Consult and coach employees at all levels on HR practices and utilize conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion
• Partner with leadership to implement workforce strategies and influence talent discussions and resource deployment
• Track and analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance to recommend or implement corrective solutions
• Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and support the delivery of programs in labor relations, talent, and compensation
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and improve support effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations
• 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, and practices
• 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
• 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects related to employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR)
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver integrated products
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style
