Human Resources Business Partner (Team Lead)

Responsibilities

• Streamline HR processes and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Develop HR strategies, policies, practices, and process maps
• Provide guidance to line managers regarding company policies, compensation, and incentives
• Analyze HR data and metrics to drive continuous planning and improvement
• Facilitate annual performance and compensation review processes
• Conduct regular total compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Partner with business functions to support employee development and engagement
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 6-8 years of total HR experience, with at least 6 years in a generalist role
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in an HR Business Partner role
• Proven experience within the Offshoring, BPO, IT, or Shared Services industries
• Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or offshore recruiting
• Experience in project management and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
