About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to management and employees across multiple sites, providing HR guidance and support.
- Partner with Regional HR to ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and legal compliance.
- Oversee talent management processes including acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and business unit restructures.
- Analyze HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover and time-to-fill to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and oversee the administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
- Maintain a strong warehouse presence through site GEMBA walks to connect with the operations workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or an equivalent field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center (DC), or manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based HR software applications.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, and employee relations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
