Human Resources Business Partner (Senior Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to management and employees across multiple sites, providing HR guidance and support.
• Partner with Regional HR to ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and legal compliance.
• Oversee talent management processes including acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and business unit restructures.
• Analyze HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover and time-to-fill to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and oversee the administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
• Maintain a strong warehouse presence through site GEMBA walks to connect with the operations workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or an equivalent field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center (DC), or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based HR software applications.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, and employee relations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
