Human Resources Business Partner Senior

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner for Operations and Field Maintenance managements
• Advise leaders and middle management on people, organization, and talent decisions
• Support the implementation of all Human Resources processes including development, performance, and compensation
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise to channel requirements and facilitate corporate programs
• Provide operational support to distributed operations across approximately 17 provinces
• Conduct periodic field visits to ensure active HR presence in operations
• Monitor people management indicators and propose improvements

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist or Business Partner roles
• Experience in operational, industrial, or energy environments (preferably in the Vaca Muerta region)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of talent management, organizational development, labor relations, and labor legislation
• Availability for frequent travel to operations nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM, Success Factors, or other HRIS
