About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner for Operations and Field Maintenance managements
- Advise leaders and middle management on people, organization, and talent decisions
- Support the implementation of all Human Resources processes including development, performance, and compensation
- Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise to channel requirements and facilitate corporate programs
- Provide operational support to distributed operations across approximately 17 provinces
- Conduct periodic field visits to ensure active HR presence in operations
- Monitor people management indicators and propose improvements
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist or Business Partner roles
- Experience in operational, industrial, or energy environments (preferably in the Vaca Muerta region)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of talent management, organizational development, labor relations, and labor legislation
- Availability for frequent travel to operations nationwide
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HCM, Success Factors, or other HRIS
