Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and onboarding processes
• Implement performance appraisal systems and guidance on improvement plans
• Analyze market data for competitive compensation and benefits structures
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage government relations, including licenses and visas
• Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and prepare reports
• Promote a positive work environment and implement engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a Saudi National

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD certification
• MBA degree
