About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for workforce development initiatives, including scoping, planning, risk management, and implementation.
- Provide HR consultation and coaching to employees at all levels regarding HR practices, policy, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders including L&D, Global Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to define goals, success metrics, and timelines.
- Translate strategic workforce plans and skill gap analyses into prioritized project roadmaps and actionable work-streams.
- Analyze data to determine focus areas and track project performance and program outcomes.
- Coordinate communication and change management activities to drive adoption and engagement among managers and employees.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk logs while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data.
- 3+ years of experience executing strategic workforce planning strategies.
- 3+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- 3+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Proven experience with change management.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to strategize HR initiatives in a business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Human Resources certification(s).
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans that drive results.
