Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative support for employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
• Coach and develop leaders and managers to enhance their people management capabilities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective programs, policies, and integrated business solutions.
• Partner with business units to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and employee retention.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures.
• Identify training needs and participate in the evaluation of training programs to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment law.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
