About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative support for employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Coach and develop leaders and managers to enhance their people management capabilities.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance to ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective programs, policies, and integrated business solutions.
- Partner with business units to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and employee retention.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures.
- Identify training needs and participate in the evaluation of training programs to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment law.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

- Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
