About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic member of the site leadership team, providing coaching and advice to drive organizational success.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, headcount budgets, and talent pipelines.
- Manage employee relations, including mediating workplace conflicts and upskilling managers on local legislation.
- Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive, ethical work environment.
- Oversee performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Partner with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure local packages support talent retention and attraction.
- Utilize HRIS and people KPIs to drive data-led decision-making and storytelling.
- Lead change management and organizational design programs as the company evolves.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and HR best practices.
- Strong background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR technology systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
