Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive productivity.
• Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
• Investigate workplace issues and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Utilize people analytics to identify trends in turnover and absenteeism to develop retention action plans.
• Support the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Collaborate on compensation recommendations, benefits education, and open enrollment processes.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and engage with employee resource groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Proven experience managing HR responsibilities across multiple sites or locations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and provincial employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for local or regional site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in Spanish.
• Experience managing organizational change initiatives, such as acquisitions or business startups.
• Demonstrated expertise in using HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
