About the Company
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational design
- Coach managers through leadership topics, employee relations, and feedback conversations
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives
- Build and execute core People programs, trainings, and policy rollouts
- Lead employee relations matters and investigations with fairness and consistency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role
- Experience supporting Engineering, hardware, or technical organizations
- Strong experience advising managers in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex people matters with discretion
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, hardware, or manufacturing environments
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
