Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational design
• Coach managers through leadership topics, employee relations, and feedback conversations
• Support organizational design and change management initiatives
• Build and execute core People programs, trainings, and policy rollouts
• Lead employee relations matters and investigations with fairness and consistency
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role
• Experience supporting Engineering, hardware, or technical organizations
• Strong experience advising managers in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex people matters with discretion
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, hardware, or manufacturing environments
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
