Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business goals into actionable people strategies
• Partner with multiple business units to build and develop talent retention, attraction, and development strategies
• Manage employee grievances, engagement initiatives, and employee relations situations including investigations and disciplinaries
• Support the full employee lifecycle by partnering with HR operations on onboarding, exits, and policy application
• Coordinate learning and development by identifying training needs and working with the talent team to provide solutions
• Partner in implementing competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits strategies
• Collaborate with the global HR team to support cross-group projects and ensure smooth local implementation
• Utilize HRIS and data analysis to support HR reporting and business objectives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR business partnering experience
• Proven experience working within multinational corporations (MNCs)
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR practices
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation and benefits or strategic partnering
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, grievance management, and talent retention
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex issues with tact and confidentiality
