Human Resources Business Partner II

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR solutions that align with business goals
• Offer expert advice on people-related issues, change management, and talent development
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members at all levels
• Address and resolve team member concerns to foster a positive work environment
• Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance to managers
• Support organizational changes and transitions to ensure smooth implementation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Utilize HR data and metrics to assess employee trends and make data-driven decisions
• Champion "Jeong-Do Management" and foster a positive organizational culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations
• Proven experience in performance management and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decision-making
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
• Experience with HR technology and HRIS systems
• Strong business acumen and ability to adapt HR strategies
• Expertise in change management and organizational development
