Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to support business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide HR guidance on organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues and conduct employee relations investigations.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and productivity to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support and monitor timekeeping processes to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and support HR policy implementation across operational sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting business leaders.
• Experience supporting operations-driven environments such as logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Canada employment laws, including wage and hour compliance.
• Proven experience managing employee relations investigations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce metrics.
• Experience working with timekeeping systems and attendance management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operational teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Kronos).
• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR certification.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
