About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers across Sweden, Germany, and BeNeLux on day-to-day people matters, workforce planning, and organizational changes
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance concerns, and attendance issues
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and probation monitoring
  • Support HR operations by validating payroll inputs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data integrity
  • Administer local benefits and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR, legal, and payroll teams to deliver a strong employee experience

Requirements

  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of progressive HR experience, including operational HR and employee relations
  • Proven experience supporting multiple countries, specifically within Sweden, Germany, and/or BeNeLux
  • Strong knowledge of local HR practices and employment law principles in the required regions
  • Fluency in English is required
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language skills such as Swedish, German, Dutch, or French
  • Experience working within a complex, fast-paced international corporate environment
