Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with functional leaders and serve as the main HR contact for the Goodyear distribution center
• Provide guidance on employment issues including policy interpretation, coaching, corrective action, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce staffing plans and minimize turnover
• Support the implementation of benefits and compensation policies and programs
• Lead programs to increase employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction
• Support the performance management process and provide training to leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
• Experience in a high-growth distribution center or field environment preferred
• Proven track record in change management and operational transformation
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to use data to improve efficiency in production-focused environments
