Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design
• Lead execution of core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
• Serve as a subject matter expert on leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.) and accommodations
• Drive succession planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles
• Coach managers on effective performance management and employee development
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP role
• Expert knowledge of U.S. employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors or ADP Vantage preferred)
• Ability to travel and work outside core business hours as required
• Must qualify as a US Person for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, engineering, or manufacturing workforces
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance frameworks
