Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing counsel to leaders on performance and behavior.
• Facilitate the annual performance management and talent development processes.
• Oversee compensation activities, including salary analysis, job description development, and merit planning.
• Lead recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Administer disability programs, FMLA, and workers' compensation in collaboration with risk management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR data accuracy and generate scheduled or ad-hoc reporting for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in human resources.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Human Resource certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
• Advanced experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
