About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders and management teams
- Execute talent strategies including organizational strategy, performance management, and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement and strengthen workplace culture through proactive problem-solving
- Lead investigations and act as a neutral party in fact-finding processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Utilize HCM systems to manage employee data and core HR processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Leverage HR data and trends to drive informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience
- Experience translating business objectives into talent strategy and change management
- In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience with global enterprise-wide HCM programs, preferably SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
