Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mitchell & Ness leaders to drive workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational change.
• Design, implement, and administer HR policies related to compensation, employment decisions, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, EEO, and company policies across assigned locations.
• Support managers with performance management, compensation reviews, and coaching.
• Investigate complex employee relations matters and recommend compliant resolutions aligned with company values.
• Analyze organizational health using key people metrics such as engagement, retention, and performance trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead organizational and behavioral change initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration procedures and job analysis.
• Deep understanding of employment laws, EEO, and related labor laws.
• Excellent facilitation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and productive relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
