Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Lead employee relations investigations and support disciplinary actions
• Manage HR compliance initiatives, audits, and workforce documentation
• Oversee workplace injury, return-to-work, and accommodation processes
• Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to identify trends and support business objectives
• Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and new hire orientation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Expertise in employee relations and compliance
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions across multiple locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving history

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
