About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Execute change management initiatives and optimize HR processes
- Maintain a visible presence on the plant floor to foster employee engagement
- Use data insights to inform HR strategies and workforce success
- Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and develop top talent
- Support culture and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel 50% (primarily to Willis and Temple, TX)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
