Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of new hires, including contracts, banking, medical insurance, and visa processing.
• Oversee the maintenance and administration of the internal HRMS (BambooHR).
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, representing the company in labor disputes when required.
• Support performance management processes, including PIP cycles, disciplinary actions, and continuous feedback loops.
• Coordinate training workshops and onboarding programs to enhance employee integration.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements in accordance with local laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
• Provide monthly reporting on visa headcount, quotas, and other key HR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of total HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically in an HRBP or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi employment laws and local HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
