Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including new hire paperwork, contractual documentation, banking, and medical insurance.
• Oversee the visa cycle and coordinate relocation processes for new hires in coordination with the PRO.
• Maintain and administer the internal HRMS (BambooHR) and provide monthly reports on headcount and quotas.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and represent the company regarding labor disputes when required.
• Support performance management, including PIP cycles, disciplinary actions, and continuous feedback conversations.
• Implement HR policies and procedures that support business transformation and cultural change.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements in accordance with local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of total HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically in an HRBP or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi employment laws and local HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with BambooHR is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
