Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of new hires, including contracts, banking, medical insurance, and visa processing.
• Coordinate relocation and onboarding programs, including training workshops.
• Maintain and administer the internal HRMS (BambooHR) and provide monthly reporting on headcount and quotas.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and represent the company in labor disputes when required.
• Support performance management, including PIP cycles, disciplinary actions, and continuous feedback conversations.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies through focus groups and organizational change initiatives.
• Handle employee relations by resolving work-related problems and providing information on policies, benefits, and duties.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage final settlements in accordance with local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of total HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically in an HRBP or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi employment laws and local HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with BambooHR is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Previous experience working within the KSA market.
