Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-line managers to provide operational HR guidance aligned with corporate values
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Assist in facilitating conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in compliance with Philippine labor laws
• Execute annual performance cycles and support managers with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to manage onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding
• Extract and analyze HR metrics from Workday to provide actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in shared services, BPO, or global corporate environments
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
