Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Business Partner to managers, translating organizational needs into relevant HR solutions.
• Deploy HR policies across the assigned scope, ensuring compliance with national labor regulations and ethics standards.
• Support business performance optimization through change management, lean management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with management on organizational design, recruitment, resource planning, and training policies.
• Manage talent and reward implementation, including Compensation & Benefits alignment.
• Support employee professional development and manage complex HR situations or disciplinary actions when required.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong expertise in Project and Change Management.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making and utilizing digital HR tools.
• Solid understanding of labor regulations and core HR processes.
• Professional proficiency in French and an advanced level of English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mentality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
