Human Resources Associate - Staffing

Responsibilities

• Document current and future staffing commitments as they evolve over the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and share information between recruiting, staffing, and HR generalists for new hires
• Ensure proper tracking of developmental goals, skills, and expertise of the team
• Capture demand in scheduling tools in coordination with scheduling leads
• Produce and distribute standard reports regarding capacity and utilization
• Provide ad-hoc reports and monitor hours reports to highlight exceptions
• Maintain the scheduling system with regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Provide support for tool training to employees as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with strong academic performance
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytic skills and comfort with data analysis
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
