About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated worker databases
  • Deliver labor documentation such as pay slips, CTS, bonuses, and liquidations
  • Provide guidance and support for personnel affiliation processes
  • Control worker entry and exit
  • Prepare and administer monthly timekeeping (tareos)
  • Provide direct support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Comply with the Integrated Management System regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or Administration
  • Theoretical-practical knowledge of current labor legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer tools
  • Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS, and waste management
  • Knowledge of first aid
  • Desirable experience in attendance control, timekeeping, and personnel administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
