About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain updated worker databases
- Deliver labor documentation such as pay slips, CTS, bonuses, and liquidations
- Provide guidance and support for personnel affiliation processes
- Control worker entry and exit
- Prepare and administer monthly timekeeping (tareos)
- Provide direct support to the Human Resources Manager
- Comply with the Integrated Management System regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or Administration
- Theoretical-practical knowledge of current labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer tools
- Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS, and waste management
- Knowledge of first aid
- Desirable experience in attendance control, timekeeping, and personnel administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
