About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the site's HR activities
- Assist in managing and updating personnel files
- Track personnel movements and maintain HR administrative documents
- Ensure proper archiving of HR documents in accordance with internal procedures
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and dashboards
- Support employees with various HR administrative procedures
- Assist in the implementation of site-specific HR projects and initiatives
- Help organize internal communication actions and company events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Economics and Management or a Master's degree in HR Management
- Must be a graduate (candidates currently studying will not be considered)
- Excellent written and spoken French (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be currently residing in Agadir
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in English
