About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process by attending to external candidates, conducting initial interviews, and reviewing applications to fill vacancies.
- Capture and register daily payroll incidents, including employee hires, terminations, and status changes using SAP.
- Maintain and integrate complete personnel files for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date for legal and social security compliance.
- Prepare draft severance documents (finiquitos) through SAP for manager approval.
- Support payroll and corporate HR departments by locating and centralizing documents required by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
- Coordinate with regional managers and payroll departments to ensure accurate employee movements and timely notifications.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or training.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (specifically for processing employee entries and exits).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
