About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in deploying group initiatives to improve employee experience
- Assist managers in evaluating skills and implementing development action plans
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of a common managerial charter
- Co-facilitate workshops focused on collective intelligence and leadership
- Design and deploy pedagogical e-learning modules to improve digital literacy
- Support site attractiveness through forums, events, and external outreach
- Implement Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and awareness actions
- Maintain and structure the personnel department's documentary database
- Manage the tracking and feedback system for training tutor sheets
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Office 365, specifically SharePoint
- Digital literacy and comfort with e-learning tools
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops
- Analytical mindset with high organizational skills and autonomy
