Human Resources Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic HR projects such as pay transparency and new training programs
• Provide operational support to People & Culture Business Partners through reports and presentations
• Support managers with recruitment of interns and work-study students
• Participate in the animation of key processes like performance management and skills development
• Assist in organizing onboarding days, manager training, and Diversity & Inclusion events
• Support the integration of artificial intelligence into HR activities
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager on workplace environment topics

Requirements

• Currently preparing for a Master's degree in Human Resources (University or Business School)
• Professional level of French
• English level C1 or higher (required for international communication)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaborative IT tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and rigor
